The Intent
Program involves integrating a number of Guidenz resources
in order to evaluate the viability of a products potential
in the marketplace. Because of our vast understanding of both
science and marketing, we know the right questions to ask, how
to effectively facilitate an Advisory Board Meeting, and how to
evaluate the findings. Aspects of The Intent Program include:
- Thought leader identification to determine
the right audience to include in market research
as well as advisory board meetings
- Management of all aspects of advisory
boards undertaken prior to in-licensing, or determination
of go-no-go decisions on in-development products
- Determination of market demographics,
market dynamics, issues of disease and disease burden, and
competitive products in development
- Use of both Internet-mediated and telephone
interviewbased primary data collection and exhaustive
statistical summary of these interactions
The end product is a comprehensive
report that includes assessment of opportunity, literature review
of the marketplace and competition, and market development recommendations.
